Water Is The Silent Killer

By The Time You See It, It Has Been There A While

Water damage rarely starts where you notice it. The repair that lasts starts with finding where the water actually gets in.

A soft spot in the floor, a stain on the ceiling or a musty smell are not the problem. They are the symptom. Water finds its way in through a failing roof seam, a cracked window seal, a tired slide gasket or a loose exterior fixture, then travels along the structure before it ever shows itself inside. Patching the spot you can see does nothing if the water keeps coming.

We start every water damage job by tracing the leak to its true source. Then we repair the damage properly, from soft subfloor and delaminated walls to the seals and seams that let the water in. The earlier you call, the smaller and cheaper the repair. Left alone, water damage spreads into framing and floors and becomes one of the most expensive repairs an RV can need.

Common Questions

Water Damage, Answered

It can be. A soft floor means water has already reached the subfloor. The sooner it is inspected the smaller the repair, so do not wait on it.

Yes. Finding the true source is the first and most important step we take. Water often travels far from where it enters before it shows up inside.

It will if the source is fixed, which is exactly why we start there. Repairing the visible damage without closing the leak only buys a little time.

Often yes. If the leak comes from the roof, our Forever Roof Coating System is frequently the right long-term solution to seal it for good.

Quickly. Water damage never improves on its own. Every week it sits, it spreads further into the structure and the repair grows.
